Shipping & Returns

Dispatching

Your order/s are normally processed within 3 working days from the day of the order, this is to ensure cleared funds.

Shipping

Within Australia your order/s are sent by Australia Post. If there is a large order placed then we may contact you to confirm shipping method.

Delivery Times

Within Australia your order/s should arrive within 3 working working days (Metropolitan Areas) - 7 workings days (Regional Areas) AFTER the order has been processed. For larger orders where a courier is used we will contact you and give you delivery times.

Delays

If there is a delay dispatching your order we will notify you and advise you of an expected dispatching date.

Delays in delivery are beyond our control these may vary depending on your location.

If for any reason your order will take longer than 10 working days to arrive we will advise you with a new posting date.

Shipping Costs

All of our prices exclude Postage & Handling (P&H) within Australia.

TIP: Our  P&H calculator decreases the average P&H Fee per item as more items are placed in the cart, we'd suggest to include at least one accessory from our Dance Accessories

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST within Australia.

If you are outside of Australia our prices are shown in Euro's, code: EUR, sign:

The conversion rate is the same value in either currency and/or if you were to buy direct.

Returns

We will accept returns for exchange (of Size) or refund on the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be pre-authorized by Ray Rose Australia; a reason must be deemed acceptible before we authorize a refund.
  2. Goods must be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
  3. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging.
  4. We cannot accept sandals for return after straps have been damaged.
  5. We regret that shipping/handling charges cannot be refunded.
  6. 20% of the sold price for the item/s requested to be refunded will be chargeable unless an exchange is requested (see below).

We suggest the use of a clean soft surface, such as a carpet, to avoid soiling the soles of shoes when trying them on for the first time.

 

Returns For Exchange

If shoes are returned for exchange, the replacement pair/s will be sent out at an additional charge of $16.50 including GST. This is to cover the postage and packaging and will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Ray Rose reserve the right to alter the design, material or specification of any of the shoes in our collection from time to time in a constant effort to continually improve them.

Guarantee

All of our shoes are made to a very high standard from top quality materials. We guarantee them to be free from any manufacturing fault. We do not guarantee that they are suitable for your requirements or give any other guarantee whatsoever.

 

Privacy Policy

Ray Rose Australia does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
